Our hosting infrastructure comprises several high specification web and SQL database servers protected by Cisco PIX firewalls and is set-up to ensure that downtime is kept to a minimum. All of our servers have built in redundancy to ensure that in the event of component failure, a secondary component automatically replaces it.

The servers have been specified to allow ample capacity for expansion. We conduct regular reviews of server performance and hosting infrastructure to allow us to anticipate and therefore eliminate potential downtime. The servers are supported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All servers are backed up daily and the database server is configured so that if there is a failure, data can be restored to within 10 minutes of the server failing.

We take the security of our hosted websites very seriously. We have a strict security policy covering access by clients and our own staff and also covering the configuration of the firewall solution. We also ensure that security patches are applied as they become available.
